School-wide Learning Expectation (SLE) OF THE WEEK: SPPS students are Responsible Citizens who: Demonstrate self-control and accept the responsibility and consequences of their actions.
EMAIL ADDRESSES…Please contact the office if you would like to receive the daily Covid screenings at a certain email address (or add an additional address to the mailing list) or if you would like to be removed (or have a new email address added) to our weekly newsletter mailing list. Thank you!
REGISTRATION PACKETS…If you haven’t turned in your Registration Packet, please do so ASAP. Also, if you have a new student in the Preschool or Kindergarten and haven’t turned in a copy of their state issued birth certificate and immunizations, please turn them in ASAP.
LOGO WEAR… If you are new to the school or your child has out-grown their Mustang Logo T-shirt/Sweatshirts be sure to place an order. All orders are due by Thursday, October 1st. The order form is attached.
ANNUAL NOTIFICATION…The annual notification of the asbestos review process is attached.
DAILY MORNING PRAYER…Daily morning prayer times are still an integral part of our school day! The daily scripture videos are delivered directly to the students each morning in their Google Classrooms. PE/BAND/AGRICULTURE…In addition to their daily studies and our music classes with Mrs. Moir (Miss Hurdus got married this summer), SPPS K-8th grade students will have the opportunity to take part in classes through the district beginning next week! Mr. Tharp will be teaching the K-8 grade PE classes with recorded lessons through Google Classroom with student check ins. Miss Duyck and Ms Zakaria will teach 8th grade Ag and 7th grade band.
